2000 Ford F-150 Repair Question

Ford F-150 Body Problem
It was running and died. Cranks but does not start. Replaced all plugs and coils... Plugs WERE BAD! Still will not start.. sounds like out of time but strange to have it stop while running.. Is there any relays, switches, ? that could cause a timing issue to prevent it from starting?

GIVE THE THROTTLE BODY A SHOT OF STARTER FLUID.........DOES IT SPIT SPUTTER, LIKE IT WANTS TO?...IF SO, YOU PROBABLY HAVE SPARK--BUT NO FUEL
CHECK YOUR FUEL PRESSURE WITH A GAUGE.....NOT BY THE STREAM IT MAY GIVE WHEN THE LINE IS DISCONNECTED
