Ford Explorer Fuel pressure Problem

Truck won't start sometimes, other times starts fine. Was put on diagnostic device at Auto Zone and showed no codes. Also sometimes the windsheild wipers come on briefly by themselves.

Hi , If it turns over but does't start , then start with spark and fuel pressure . If it doesn't turn over then check you ground in the floor driver side and the driver kick panel , under the driver carpet , , it's a a comon problem where the ground become caroded and loses connection .
