2000 Ford Explorer Sometimes Truck Will Start Dash Board Lights Ignition Turn

Sometimes my truck will not start (dash board lights up and ignition will not turn over, NOTHING) other times starts right up. My wipers come on briefly sometimes also. It was put on diagnostic device at auto zone and showed no codes.
