2000 Ford Explorer Repair Question

2000 ford explorer 4x4 4.0 sohc
timing marks for balance shaft I have to remove the balance shaft because the bolts that hold the bracket on for tensioner one of them is screwed up ( love torx headed bolts)so if I grind head off bolt and pull balance shaft down could get grip with vise grips hopefuuly can remove it but cant find how to make sure its lined up right I have access to aldata but cant find it would apreicate any help THANK YOU
