Windshield wiper problem
I have a 2000 Ford Expedition. The windshield wipers will not shut off, and the delay no longer works. I have to pull the fuse in order to shut them off. What is the cause of this problem?

That could be a problem with the wiper motor itself or the Generic Control Module. You may need a factory scan tool to diagnose it.
