Shuts off with no throttle

When I go to start it, it will not run unless I give it gas. Once I let off the gas it shuts right off. What could be causing this?

IAC? Where is it and how do I clean/replace it?

Hello,

It does sounds like it could be IAC. However for a IAC there are usually trouble codes.
Is your check engine light on? If so do you know the trouble codes?
The codes might point us to the right direction.

IAC located on the top of the engine. I have attached replacement procedure and few other info.
