2000 Dodge Stratus Repair Question

Fuse box diagram
I have a 2000 dodge stratus and the radio, door locks and the dome light don't work. I believe it is the fuse. How do I know which fuse to change? They are not labeled.

Fuse 5, a 10 amp. It's the 4th one down on the left side of the Junction Block. The labels are molded into the inside of the cover.
The fuses have two little holes on top where you can poke a test light to see which one is open.
