2000 Dodge Neon Repair Question

Dodge Neon Gas Problem
What would make a car act like its not getting thr right gas air flow ratio. Ive changed the throttle sensor 2x, the map sensor, the plugs, checked that cad convertor, ran dry gas then fuel injector cleaner in it. Im running out of ideas.
