2000 Dodge Intrepid Repair Question

I have a 2000 dodge intrepid and it will try to turn over but wont start. i was told it was the fuel pump and bought a working used one but it did not fix anything. i placed in a new battery,sensor,fuse pump, fuel pump fuse but nothing works. the gas meter wont even move. please help!

You need a basis to start diagnoses such as no fuel, no spark, no pulse, check out this link: http://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start
