Dodge Intrepid Fuel pressure Problem

Car had an open circuit in injector 3 so I replaced the injector, repaired (cut out and soldered new in) the injector wires that were pinched. None of that fixed it so I metered the harness out then replaced the PCM. The car started fine for two days Then started starting hard I have to crank it for 45-60+ seconds to get it to start. Then all of the sudden it starts fine after 4 days and started fine for about a week. now its back to starting hard I just put new Bosch Platinum +4 plugs in it the same I had in it before for the last 120000 miles. It still starts hard! I just did a fuel pressure test and when I turn the key on I get 56 psi my book says the spec. is 44-54 psi. and running its at 56 psi. My fuel economy has gone down a little from 23-25 to 23-19 MPG!
