I have intermittent starting problems. Sometimes it fires right up and sometimes I have to pump the gas as I start it. Also there is a very rough idle ranging from 300-1500rpm at idle and major stalling. I have replaced all 8 spark plugs because most were fouled. There was unburnt fuel on the plugs leading me to believe it is running too rich. I have also taken off the TB and thoroughly cleaned it and the IAT.
