I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan the blower motor doesn't turn on I changed the resistor.
Still nothing...

Have you checked all the fuse's?Do you have a multimeter to test some thing's?

Also check the blower motor relay, blower switch and the blower motor. Power the blower motor and see what happens

Put the blower fan on high then check the at the blower motor connector the power side by itself to ground you should have full battery voltage.Then check the ground side to ground with the meter set to low ohms scale you should have 2 ohms or less.
