My belt keep siding off when it rain or snow I have changed everything on the belt line all pully and the water pump even the belt is new but it still pops off.

Are you sure that the p.S. Pulley is not riding out on the shaft? It is very common on those engines.

It is connected to the power steering pump, where you check your power steering fluid level.

But my belt is not there so why would that cause the belt to pop off.I will have it it check
and get back to you. How can I tell if it is riding out on the shaft.

My car keeps locking up when it does I cant turn the steering wheel or the key at all. This time no matter how much pressure I put on it it wont give. I have tried everything it has been stuck for one day now can you please help me

The pulley it new all of them have been changed even the belt. And it still coming off in the rain
