Wheel bearings and brakes
Is 1200 a high price to replace the front brake pads and rotors and rear brake drums on a 2000 neon?
they also told me i need to completely replace the rear hub assembly's because they are shot.

Seems awfully high. Just the front brake job with rotors should run around $200.00. Can't say for sure on the rear hub assembly.
