Chrysler Neon Oil pressure Problem
The oil pressure light in my car (2000 chrysler neon) came on and now blinks off and on. Oil levels ok. How freaked out should I be. Its not making any loud noises. I have only driven it for about 2 minutes after the light came on.

Two minutes can be a really long time to go with no oil pressure. For the light to be flickering, especially randomly, it is likely you have nothing more than a defective pressure sending unit, but the only way to know for sure is to have the actual pressure checked with a mechanical gauge. If it is indeed low, damage to the engine bearings will occur very quickly. That will turn into a very expensive repair.
