Power locks dont work I can only lock or unlock them manually?

I just bought a 2000 Chrysler intrepid and the power locks dont work I can only lock or unlock them manually and im not sure how to diagnose the problem

Hello,

This issue could be due to a faulty door lock relay or door lock actuator.
The door lock relay is located in the fuse box under the dash (see diagram).
Check for any corrosion or burn pin(s) on the relay.
They can also be tested for functionality.

If the relay is functional then the issue could be wiring to the actuator or faulty actuator.
Check to see if the connector is secured to the actuator. Also look for any damage or loose pin. Also check for continuity to the connector.
