Chrysler Concorde Sensor Problem
The CEL came on and the code was P0140 bank 1 sensor 2 no activity detected. I replaced the o2 sensor behind the catalytic converter on the drivers side and the light came back on with the same code so I replaced the o2 sensor again and the light came back on. (same code). I also checked the o2 fuse.

Check to make sure the wiring to the sensor is okay. It is common for it to be damaged from heat. Make sure it is getting a good connection.
