Car will not get fire

I have a 2000 chrysler concorde 3.2 I just swapped out the 2.7 for the 3.2 but im not getting any spark. It sounds like it is about to start but it wont fire. I tried to jump it too and it wont start. It does have gas.

I would start with basics. Check for fuel pressure, spark and compression. Verify each one.

Did you hear new engine run before purchase? Can you swap some ignition parts for old?
