2000 Chrysler Cirrus Repair Question

Heater
I have a 2000 chrysler cirrus with a 2.4 engine.The issue ie that when I put the climate switch to cold and shut the fan off ,it still blows hot air..Can you tell me what could be causing this problem so I know where to look..Thanks

It sounds like a stuck blend air door. It is located near the heater core (tight fit) and moves back and forth to change from heat to AC.
