Chevrolet Silverado Floor Problem

Yesterday while driving, when I tried to stop, the brake pedal went to the floor. No warnings or sounds prior to that. I have replaced all brake components at the wheels several times since I've had the truck, I am the original owner. There are no leaks of fluid anywhere at the wheels or along the brake lines. Master cylinder failure seemed likely, but I replaced that with no change. The brakes will engage just a little bit sometimes when the pedal goes nearly to the floor, but they won't hold and certainly wouldn't stop the truck if I was driving.

Did you bench-bleed the new master cylinder?
