My truck is having issues when driving slow? On the highway the temperature stays down, but as soon as I get into town, it starts to overheat. I am not losing coolant, but there is something going on and I need to get it figured out.

Check your cooling fan. Open the hood and look to see if the cooling fan is turning when the engine is warm, next check to see if the cooling fan comes on when you turn on the air conditioning. The fan has two ways to come on, if the coolant temperature sensor has failed it may not trigger the fan to start, turning on the a/c it bypasses that circuit and turns the fan on by default to help the climate control system to operate more efficiently. Also check the fan clutch, if the fan spins freely then clutch may have failed.

Thanks, it was my cooling fan motor that failed. I replaced the cooling fan and everything is back to normal temperatures.
