2000 Chevrolet S-10 check engine light is flashing

Where is the OBDII connection port so I can find out what problem my truck is having. It seems to be running fine, but it seems there must be something wrong? I had a tune up done six months ago and it is running great.

The test port location is below the dash on the drivers side, it is about 3 inches x 1 inch in size. You can plug the hand held scanner in and turn the ignition key on to power up the scanner. From there you can read any codes that have been set. Once the repairs have been made, plug the scanner back in to clear the codes.
