Change the battery, now will not start, think its the alarm system how can I fix the problem? The van just clicks, i've tried the remote key locks numerous times thinking it might reset the problem, but still will not start.

If the starter just clicks, either you got a bad battery, there is a bad connection between the battery and starter, a bad ground, or the starter is bad.

Check to make sure battery terminals are clean and tight. If they are, have the battery load tested to make sure it is good. If that checks out, then I suggest having the starter tested. If this only happened since the battery replacement, I feel it has something to do with the wiring from the battery.

As far as the anti-theft, the engine would crank, start and then shut off. So I don't think that is the problem.
