Chevrolet Express Fuel pressure Problem

I have a 2000 chevy express van 1500 with the 4.3 v6 in it and it only starts when it wants too. I have changed the dist cap and rotor button and coil and ignition module and it still wont start. also this problem only happens when it rains and then it takes three days after it rains before it will start back. what could be wrong.

ok. thank you. i will try that. also i forgot to add that the reason i replaced all the things that i did was i wasnt getting spark at all and when it rains it wont do anything untill it gets dried out then it will run just fine with no problems at all. i am going to check the fuel pressure and also could it be a grounding problem. thanks again, mike
