Why does my 2000 chevy blazer abs pump run continously?

There is a known problem with the ABS units on some years. Basically the ABS control module shorts internally and the motor locks on. Pull the ABS fuse (60 amp) to keep from burning out the motor until you can replace the EBCM. There are a few places who rebuild them or you can try a salvage unit. Very easy to replace DIY.
