My 2000 Blazer 4x4 4.3 ls won't start- before I start "throwing parts" at it, what do you suggest? I put a new battery in, fuel filter and fuel pump/sending unit and I look at the battery guage on the dash and it's only 3-5 volts and won't jump either; I'm scratching my head; It seems to only happen when the weather changes?-The "little voice" in my head says - ignition coil or computer/ground problems-HELP!!!!!??? Also A-lot of moisture is all over the engine when this happens-what gives??? thanks
