Repair power locks
My 2000 cadillac seville driver side buttons don't work so i replaced the driver door module and still same problem. you can use the unlock on the other 3 doors and still unlocks the drivers door. the 2 memory buttons don't work ether. the windows and mirrors buttons work on the drivers door. sometimes the locks and seats move on there own. so i think is has to be a short but don't know where to look.

Check for broken or frayed wires between the driver's door hinge.

everything looks fine between door and car. do you know is there a computer modual somewhere because i had a water problem on the passanger side of the car a couple years ago. and the problem is allways about the same. the first time you hit the locks something happens after the first time nothing.

Rats. Sorry, I can't help with the location. On 2002 and newer cars, they built it into the radio to prevent you from being able to buy a low cost aftermarket replacement.
