Have you checked to see if there is power to the actuator on the transfer case?

Yes only shifts into 4wheel low or 4wheel auto

Do not know if I have power in 2wd only know will not shift on dash

At this point, you need to check to see if there is power to the actuator when shifting to 2wd.

On the side of the transfer case is an electric motor. There is a wiring harness attached to it. Have a helper switch from 4wd to 2wd while you check with a test light to see if power is present when the shift is made.
