Cadillac Deville Sensor Problem
My car runs hot and loses water but my radiator cap is cold.it idles up real high with my foot on brake I changed the cooling temp ssensor and the map sensor and checked the throttle to make sure it ain't getting stuck what next?

Check for faulty thermostat and pressure test system for external coolant leaks, start here.
