heater blowing cold air

i have a 2000 buic lasaber and my heater is blowing cold air i changed the thermistat and the water pup wha could it be now because it still blowing cold air

First and easiest to check is for a plugged heater core, with engine warm and running locate both heater hoses going in to heater core (rear of engine going in firewall) touch each one, if one is hot and one cold you have a plugged heater core, which is usually cured by back flushing the heater core and cooling system. lets start there and let me know.
