I have a 2000 LaSaber that won't buckle the drivers side seat belt, I have a new one on order. The seat heater is also shot new one on hand. Must the seat come out and whats the procedure?

The seat will need to come out. Disconnect all wiring at the connector under the seat and remove the front and rear bolts also under the seat. Simple as that.

Once you have the seat removed, you'll see the heater beneath the lower cushion

Thanks Ernest : My concern is the side curtain air bag thats in the seat will it be OK by pulling the connector? Are the seat belt bolts a special config. Or just simple bolts?
Thanks again Ray

Just make sure you disconnect the negative bat cable before you do any electrical work on your car. As for the bolts, I'm not exactly sure on that one. But you'll see them when you get the seat out. If it isn't a normal bolt, it'll be a star/hex bit, which are pretty cheap.
