2000 BMW 528 Repair Question

BMW 528 Sensor Problem
I get a trouble code of p1188 & p1189 for fuel control bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 2 and the only thing that comes to mind is both non heated o2 sensors are bad. is this correct?

Replace both precat sensors with the original equipment O2 sensors
