2000 BMW 328 Repair Question

Where is the location of the air injection check valve
It is a small plastic check valve. I have located all the vacume lines I can find and cannot find the check valve. can anyone help the car is 328ci.OBD codes are P1423 and P1421.

it's eitehr the one on the air pipe to the exaust or it's on the air pump itself.

checked both could the codes mean something else? Already checked air pump control valve, and vacuum lines.

if you weren't getting vacuum to operate teh valve then that could be it. we dont 'have any good drawings/placements of that part. all we have is a typical type thing with nothing for your car. BMW and Merecedes like to look you into their dealers so they only give very basic stuff.
