BMW 318i Noise Problem
My sons bmw 318 e46 model is making a strange grinding noise it had an oil service two weeks ago and it has only just started doin this . What is it likely to be . The noise is comming from the top of the engine on the drivers side ? Thank you

Noises are best diagnosed first person, we cannot hear from cyberspace what the issue is. I recommend seeking out a BMW service provider nearby and get their opinion.
