Have it chemically tested-Could be a warped or crack head/block and a failed water pump

I took the cylinder head 2 the engineers and it passed they said no cracks plus it was skimmed but what it does is when I park it and switch it off 4 a few minutes. All the water in the resivour goes down and I must fill it up again be 4 I go. The water pump still works coz the water is circulating
