You can start the car and it will run for abt 10 seconds then die, if you try immediately to restart it won't start, but if you wait a few minutes it will start and run for abt 10 seconds and die. Abt a week ago we put a new fuel filter on it and it ran perfect for a couple days then went back to doing the same thing.

Check fuel pressure. Check fuel pump and fuel injection relays and fuses.

Remove a spark plug and inspect and smell it. Doe sit look wet? Does it smell like raw gas? You've probably got a fuel pump producing too much pressure and a regulator not functioning to reduce the pressure.
