When I hit a bump (at any speed) I hear and feel a clunk/rattle sound in the front right wheel area. And I was wondering if you guys can lead me in the right direction to find the problem. I have another question. On the free way going 55-65 the car shakes, and after 65 its smooth. The shakes feel like the wheels aren't balanced but it also shakes on deceleration going 65-55. Can you help? Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Wheel balance isn't affected by whether you're accelerating or decelerating, only by the rotational speed. It can cause bouncing only in a certain speed range when that speed matches it's natural rate it would like to bounce at.

Clunks and rattles must never be ignored. There are some things that are only irritations and not safety concerns, but you don't know that until the suspension and steering systems are inspected at a tire and alignment shop. There are parts that can separate leading to loss of control and crashes
