Volkswagen Golf Alternator Problem
My alternator burns out it ran for 2 months with a new one and now it is not working any longer. What would cause this?

Who diagnosed it as being bad the first time?
Who installed it?
Was the car checked for an electrical draw at that time?
What engine is in your car?
