1999 Vauxhall Vectra Repair Question

Vauxhall Vectra Brakes Problem
My front right brake disc is wobbling and theres a constant heavey grinding noise when driving along brakes seem to work but maybe not as well as they could . what could be the cause

probably a failed wheel bearing, get it checked ASAP.
