1999 Toyota Vitz Repair Question

Toyota Vitz Engine Problem
My lights keeps on going off after three days and when i switch on the air con, the engine vibrates abnormally, and the vehicle becomes slow. my air con is taking out very hot air. what can it be?, and their is a little rattling sound from the engine.

What lights are you refering to?
For noise problems, you have to locate the source and tell us otherwise we would not be able to help.
