None of the brakes lights work and my emergency brake stays on after starting engine. I continuity tested all bulbs and fuses and they are all good. I pushed the emergency brake in all the way so that it engages the switch and it still stays on. I checked the brake fluid levels and they show full. Where is/are the problem(s)?
