What does it mean if there is water and oil coming out under the front end of the car. Could it be the timing belt. I noticed that there was a ratteling noise coming from under the hood. So I was going to have the belts checked but on the way to the shop I had to stop for gas when I went to start the car after I put gas in it it wouldnt start and sound horrible when I tried so I had to push the car away from the pump and I noticed water and oil on the ground.
