When i went to start my car this morning it wont start its only makes a high pitched screeching noise and then dies. if i repeat it does same thing. originally there was a low hum as well but now just the high pitched noise. still have working lights and radio but no power in car. it is also around -10 degrees here but the car has been dead all day. Please can you help?
