My handbrake dose not work so just put new calbe on and the is parts missing for the handbrake like the housing unit to lock it to the back plate can you buy it or do you need a new back plate

We don't know what is missing so is unable to advise if you can purchase the part individually. Apart from brake slave cylinders, drum and shoes, other parts are mostly dealer parts. If it is a clip, that can be universal and can be easily from hardware shops if you can tell them the size or show them where it is installed.
