1999 Subaru Outback Repair Question

What part do i need to fix a/c not blowing anything hot or cold.
My a/c was working then it made a really bad noise. and when i go to turn it on there is nothing at all blowing. i was trying to find out what that could be.

check fuses and relay s first, relay under lh side of dash
