My car has a new starter and batterie and wont turn over and the batterie drains. I have had 2 knew batteries in the past 3 years and it is constantly being drained. My car would start after the new starter and batterie were put in but 4 days later it wouldnt even click or start. My ignition is also hard to turn over and is acting up. Was wondering if it could the the ignition, starter, or electrical?
