1999 Saturn SL1 Repair Question

Saturn SL1 Compression Problem

Motor turns over no start any suggestions
here is a list of things already checked
1) new plugs and wires
2) compression in all 4 cylinders is 96-110
3) fuel pressure at the rail is 30-40
4) all plugs have spark
5) and timing is on

p.s. some times it starts and will run for about 30-40 minutes and then shut off and wont start

If you have spark, fuel, compression, and the timing is correct, it should run. Have you checked the fuel injectors to see if they are getting power? Are you getting a good hot blue snapping spark to the plugs?

Are you sure that's the correct compression?Min compression is 175psi.
