When i bought the car the noise was much much quieter (i thought it was just part of the regular engine sounds), it has since grown over the past 3 years. It is loudest when driving between 40-50 mph and 60-65 mph, it is quieter with lower speeds and at a lower pitch.
When I turn to the right the noise cuts away immediately.
