The engine cranks but will not start
no fuel in lines before or after fuel filter or in line before the
injectors when cranking
battery was replaced a week before
radio and interior lights do not work
fuel pump fuse and relay are good
battery voltage 12.7
battery connections at battery and the other end of the cables show no
resistance in ohms
