Car wii not start

Saab (99) will not start. When you try all the antifreeze comes out of it. Is it the pump?
It started with the steering going out and then came to, no start and fluid going every where. Do we have multiple problems here or are the related.

Find where the antifreeze leak is coming from. Fix that first. I can't tell without looking?
